Our Mission

Quality First Support Group is committed to providing to the individuals we serve with access to the necessary resources and tools to make a positive impact. Our experienced support coordinators assist participants in gaining access to needed programs and services such as educational programs, medical services and acceptable living and social environments. To us it’s not enough to be an advocate, but to ultimately help those with developmental disabilities become their own advocates, given them the freedom and independence to live fulfilling lives.

Our Services

We offer services to assist individuals in gaining access to needed programs and state plan services, as well as needed medical, social, educational and other services.

Support Coordination

The role of Support Coordination is to assist individuals through the process of self-direction and empower them to take charge of their plans.

Support Brokerage

Service/function that assists the participant (or the participant’s family or representative, as appropriate) in arranging for, directing and managing services

Behavioral Supports

Individual and/or group counseling, or behavioral interventions, related to the individual’s developmental disability and necessary for the individual to acquire appropriate interactions

Career Planning

Career planning is comprehensive employment planning and support that provides assistance for program participants to obtain competitive employment or self-employment.

Community Based Support

Services that provide direct support and assistance for participants to achieve the outcomes of independence, productivity, enhanced family functioning,
